Meet the Founder
Joseph founded JAE Workforce to bridge the gap between skilled blue-collar workers and quality job opportunities. As a recruiter, he saw firsthand how many qualified candidates were being overlooked—not because they lacked experience, but because their resumes didn’t reflect their true value.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from San Diego State University and is currently completing his Master’s in Human Resources Leadership at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Joseph currently works as a Recruiter for a multi-state organization based in Los Angeles, managing full-cycle recruitment across 11 branches in 5 states. He has reviewed thousands of resumes and understands exactly what hiring managers look for when making real hiring decisions.
