Meet Joseph Escandon
Joseph Escandon founded JAE Workforce after seeing a common challenge among small and mid-sized businesses: as companies grow, their HR needs often grow faster than the resources available to manage them.
With more than 10 years of business and management experience and over five years in human resources, Joseph brings a practical understanding of both business operations and HR. His experience includes recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, leave management, training, HR documentation, process development, and workforce data and metrics.
His approach is hands-on. Instead of applying the same solution to every company, Joseph takes the time to understand the business, its industry, workforce, current processes, and goals. He then works directly with the people responsible for the day-to-day work to develop HR practices that are practical, measurable, and built to grow with the organization.
Joseph also understands that compliance doesn't stop at federal and state law. Requirements can change based on location, company size, and how a workforce operates. JAE Workforce helps businesses identify those risks while building clearer processes that support employees and business operations.
Joseph earned his bachelor's degree from San Diego State University with a focus in Business Administration and Human Resources and is currently pursuing a Master of Human Resources at Cal Poly Pomona.
