Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026
 

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by JAE Workforce LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through www.jaeworkforce.com (the “Website”).
 

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
 

1. All Sales Are Final (Strict Policy)

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
 

JAE Workforce LLC does not provide refunds for:

  • Completed services

  • Partially completed services

  • Time spent on consultations, research, or preparation

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., style, wording, strategy)

  • Job search outcomes or lack of results
     

2. When Work Begins (Binding Trigger)

Work is considered initiated immediately upon the earliest of the following:

  • Payment is successfully processed

  • Client submits any materials (resume, intake form, documents)

  • Time is scheduled or reserved for a consultation

  • Internal preparation, review, or planning begins
     

Once work has begun, the service is considered in progress and non-refundable, regardless of completion status.
 

3. Digital Services = Fulfillment

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our services are digital and time-based in nature

  • Fulfillment begins immediately upon initiation of work

  • Delivery does not require a final completed document to be considered fulfilled
     

Any work performed, including drafts, edits, consultations, or strategy, constitutes partial or full fulfillment.
 

4. Revisions in Place of Refunds

Refunds are not a remedy for dissatisfaction.
 

At our sole discretion, we may offer:

  • Reasonable revisions

  • Clarifications or minor adjustments
     

Revisions are not guaranteed and do not reset or extend eligibility for refunds.
 

5. Appointment & Consultation Policy
 

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in:

  • Immediate forfeiture of the session

  • No refund or credit
     

Rescheduling

  • Allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment

  • Requests within 12 hours may be denied

  • A one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted at our sole discretion
     

6. Client Responsibility (Critical)

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Failure to provide required materials or information

  • Submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Lack of communication or responsiveness

  • Failure to attend or prepare for sessions
     

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Participating in the process

  • Reviewing deliverables in a timely manner
     

7. Turnaround Times (Non-Refundable Delays)

  • Timelines begin only after all required materials are received

  • All timelines are estimates only
     

Delays caused by:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Revisions or additional requests

  • Service complexity
     

…do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
 

8. Service Completion Definition

A service is considered completed when any of the following occurs:

  • A resume, document, or deliverable is provided

  • A consultation session has taken place

  • Strategy, recommendations, or guidance has been delivered
     

Completion status is determined at the sole discretion of JAE Workforce LLC.
 

9. Abandonment Policy

If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned.

  • Abandoned services are closed without refund

  • Re-engagement may require a new purchase
     

10. No Guarantee of Results

JAE Workforce LLC provides career support services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job interviews

  • Job offers

  • Employment outcomes
     

Refunds will not be issued based on hiring results or perceived effectiveness.
 

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Enforced)

By purchasing services, you agree:

  • To contact us first to resolve any concerns

  • Not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been started or delivered
     

You acknowledge that:

  • Filing a chargeback after services begin constitutes a breach of this agreement

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Submit evidence including drafts, communications, timestamps, and session records

    • Dispute all chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted

    • Recover costs associated with the dispute, including administrative time and fees

    • Deny future services
       

12. Exceptional Circumstances (Limited)

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • JAE Workforce LLC is unable to deliver the service at all
     

All refund decisions:

  • Are made at our sole discretion

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Are final and non-appealable
     

13. Refund Method (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued only to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary based on the payment provider
     

No alternative compensation, credits, or partial refunds are guaranteed.
 

14. Policy Enforcement

This Refund Policy is strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our services, time, and business operations.
 

By purchasing services, you:

  • Acknowledge this policy

  • Agree to be legally bound by it
