3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• Services will not begin until payment is received

• Pricing may change at any time without notice
   

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments). We do not store full payment details.
 

4. Refund Policy (Strict)

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
 

By purchasing services, you agree that:

• No refunds will be issued once:

  • Work has begun

  • Time has been scheduled or allocated

  • Materials have been reviewed or created

• Digital services are considered delivered upon initiation of work

• Missed appointments, cancellations within 12 hours, or failure to provide required materials do not qualify for refunds

• Dissatisfaction with subjective elements (style, wording, strategy) does not qualify for refunds
   

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• To contact us first to resolve any issue

• Not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been started or delivered
   

You acknowledge that:

• Initiating a chargeback after services begin constitutes a breach of these Terms

• We reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence (emails, drafts, timestamps, session logs)

  • Dispute chargebacks aggressively

  • Recover fees, costs, and time associated with the dispute

6. Appointment & Scheduling

• Appointments are confirmed upon payment

• Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions
   

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
 

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Submit all required materials in a timely manner

• Participate actively in the process

• Review deliverables promptly
   

We are not responsible for delays, quality issues, or outcomes resulting from:

• Incomplete or inaccurate information

• Lack of client participation
   

8. Turnaround Times

• Timelines begin once all required materials are received

• All turnaround times are estimates only
